COMPANY PROFILE

TESTA Ltd. was set up in 1993 and from the beginning has specialized in complete deliveries of roof cladding for flat roofs, using the latest domestic and foreign technologies. TESTA Ltd. uses only the first-quality and long-term proved materials certificated by state testing laboratory.

Furthermore, TESTA Ltd. deals with construction of public facilities, industrial buildings and other objects. A marginal business of TESTA Ltd. is purchasing and distribution of building materials.

From the introduction of TESTA Ltd. to the construction market, the company has stressed the importance of achieving the highest possible quality of work, operational service and environmental protection.

TESTA Ltd. started building the quality management system based on the worldwide standards of ISO 9000 in January 2000. TESTA Ltd. obtained the quality management system certificate in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 9002:1995 on 17 May 2000 from company CQS and IQNET. The effort to deepen and widen the quality management system resulted in obtaining ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 certificate on 3 April 2001, also from IQNET and CQS. ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 was obtained on 23 June 2009.

Certificate proving the compliance of environmental management with norm ČSN EN ISO 14 001 was obtained on 15 June 2009 from company CQS and IQNET.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLITICS

Environmental politics is defined in order to present and implement permanently positive attitude of company towards the environmental protection. Environmental politics is binding for every employee of TESTA Ltd. and includes the obligation of permanent improvement and continuous environmental pollution control. Environmental politics provides a frame for determination and evaluation of company’s goals.

The company management considers its environmental attitude to be one of the priorities. TESTA Ltd. commits itself to abide all valid legal enactments in environmental protection sphere and also other requirements the company is subjected too. The company management is held responsible for fulfilling of environmental politics. TESTA Ltd. has contributed to alternative electric power production by constructing its own photovoltaic power plant. All employees and interested parties are familiarized with the principles of company’s environmental politics.

In terms of environmental politics TESTA Ltd. commits to:

• be ecologically responsible partner in the area of business. TESTA Ltd. intends to behave responsibly and to fully inform about the conditions that influence the environment
• constantly improve the company’s environmental profile and join a programme of environmental pollution prevention – i.e. minimize production of its own waste and reduce the consumption of energies, commodities and raw materials
• annually determine the environmental goals and values on the basis of last year’s results and development trends
• carry out regular audits of environmental system and rigorously evaluate and improve the environmental profile to be in compliance with the environmental politics
